In 1980's the price of a bag of cement in Nigeria was N3 (three Naira) only.  In 1999, the price of a bag of cement was N500 (five hundred naira) only.  Today the price of a bag of cement is a around N1800 (one thousand and eight hundred naira) only.

We are now manufacturing cement in Nigeria and the question is this Why is the price still very high compared to other countries?
