In 1999, the price of a litre of petrol in Nigeria was N20 (Twenty Naira) only.

Today, the price of a litre of petrol in Nigeria is N97 (Ninety seven Naira) only.

In 2012, there were protests across Nigeria regarding the withdrawal of fuel subsidy.  Unfortunately the protests did not lead to any rethink in govt policies and the masses are still paying over the odds to get petroleum products.

The mass exploitation of the masses will continue because Nigeria need huge amount to pay salaries and allowances of the politicians.

ARE YOU BETTER OFF NOW THAN 1999?
